Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Dealer Social (“the Service”), operated by MSS Tech Solutions Ltd, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Dealer Social automates the creation and publishing of social media content for motor vehicle dealerships. It ingests vehicle stock from AutoTrader, generates branded posts and video reels, and publishes them to connected Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok accounts on your behalf.

3. Accounts & access

  • You must provide accurate business information when registering.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • Each dealer account is managed by the dealer admin who registers it. Admin users may invite team members with limited roles.

4. Content & intellectual property

  • You retain ownership of all vehicle images, descriptions, and other content you supply or that is sourced from your AutoTrader account.
  • You grant us a limited licence to transform, render, and publish that content to third-party social platforms solely to provide the Service.
  • AI-assisted captions, hashtags, reel copy, scripts, voiceover scripts, image-ordering suggestions, and media assembly outputs are produced for your use; we claim no ownership over them.
  • You remain responsible for reviewing generated or automated content for accuracy, legal compliance, platform policy compliance, and brand suitability before publication unless you enable automated approval or publishing.

5. Third-party platforms

Your use of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and AutoTrader is governed by their respective terms. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, policies, or availability.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to publish misleading, illegal, or offensive content.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls.
  • Resell access to the Service without our written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSS Tech Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, data, or social media account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Upon termination we will handle account export or deletion review requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions. Some operational, legal, billing, security, audit, backup, and third-party platform records may be retained where permitted or required.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
